Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. You can initiate a return through our website or visit any Bata retail store.
How do I find the correct shoe size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select regions.
Are Bata products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects on all footwear. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement via the 'My Orders' section, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping.
