Pack the Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata shoebox and include all original tags and the purchase invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Ship or Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point, or simply bring the items to your nearest Bata retail store.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
